Bought a lot of appliances and a TV. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduled the deliveries to happen to two places of ours and everything is going without a hitch!
Strange orientation of the store layout compared to the best buys I live by, but it does have a lot to offer. I was asked by multiple employees if I needed help. That's always nice as a customer.
Geek Squad needs to work faster at the front counter the customer service is good but I know Staples and Office Max are faster and just as good.
Had a terrible experience at this location. Very rude staff, supervisor would not listen to what I had to say, and overall a waste of my time. I worked for best buy previously and also frequently shopped at Best Buy because of the professionalism and atmosphere. Today makes me question whether or not I want to even shop with best buy anymore. This is a situation that should have been handled very differently. If you're looking for a simple transaction, this store is fine. Anything more and customer service will one off you as if you're an inconvenience.

Worst service. I believed the lady who claimed "Mobile Manager" on Wednesday afternoon Oct 10th, 2017 lied to me. I want to purchase a galaxy note 8. At West Covina store, they checked and told me there is one available last night. This morning, I called at 12 and asked. They told me it is available still and will hold it for me. When I came, that lady told me there was no phone in stock at all. Later, I saw a guy came and said "thank you" to her. He held an orchid gray galaxy note 8 that is the only phone available. I was speechless.
