Craig and Sherry were just the best. First and formost very pleasent and ever so helpfull. I think I changed my mind a couple of times as to what size unit I wanted and they wrote up the contract and thought the deal was sealed. Three days later I changed my mind and once again they rewrote the contract and then the deal was sealed. They just made me feel like we were old friends that we hadn't seen each other in a while. That initself was the reason I took Storage West. The unit was pefect and clean. They assisted me (and might I add very quickly) when I was about to move out and that was a bonus. If ever I have the need to rent a storage unit again they and Storage West will be the first ones I call. Thanks again Craig and Sherry and you too Storage West!

These guys have been great. I moved back to CA recently and needed a place to hold my stuff while I get settled. Their facilities are secure, clean and even have AC and flat carts to move heavy things. Their rates aren't bad either, and the customer service is excellent. Definitely recommended.
