Drinks, games and ambiance awesome here. Food is lacking.... flavor and portion size. A change in the menu will help this place out.
We had son's birthday party here 8/5/2017
Wonderful place and it looks like fun for family and friends. The only thing that I did not care for was that our waiter did not share about the cost of premium alcohol that it's made outside of California. My shot of Grey Goose was $17.00 and when I received my bill, I almost flipped. I bought this to the attention of the waiter and then he explained and the price difference. He was told that should have been done when taking my order. He also mentioned that a shot of Patron is $20.00. The food is reasonable but be careful with the alcohol you order.
Celebrated my birthday here, wanted to play a few games but the card machine for the arcade was down. The manager did come by, I was able to play 1 game. I think the should make a few changes as far as being able to reserve a lane by phone or online vs the whole first come first serve. If your trying to plan an event you should't have to wait an whole hour to have access to the bowling lanes. I put myself down to be text when a lane opened up and never got the text went up there and he said 2 lanes are now open. I think they get to busy to text each time there is an open lane. But over all it's a cool spot to have drinks and be a social butterfly.
Enjoyed the King’s Cup! The hamburger was very good. Played a round or two of washers with friends.
During happy hour. My husband asked the waitress to let him know when his tab reached 100.00. Something told my husband to check on the tab a few minutes later and his tab was almost 200.00. Before that, I went to the bar and asked if my husband's tab was closed because I wanted to buy my self and my sister a drink, the bar tender asked my husband's last name, I gave it to her and she told me the tab was closed. So I paid for the drinks myself... This morning I look at my husband's receipts and the drinks were added to his tab even after I paid for them! I'm so pissed . I will never be back and I have also advised my family and friends to just be on guard when they go to this place . I've read a few reviews where this has happened to other guest. I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to come here with my family and friends. It was our first time at this establishment and it will be our last!!! Also, There's a chubby black guy that was working the bar, HE SUCKS!! My sister and I stood at the bar for 10 mins and were ignored! The service was terrible, the food was pretty good but we waited over an hour for our orders. We spent over 500.00 at this place and we probably would have had a much better time at Big Al's or Dave n Busters.
