Fully stocked and it took only 15 minutes to fill the prescription.
Excellent customer service. Always have inventory to fill order. Free delivery. Beats all of the big commercial pharmacies. Only pharmacy I use now!
Used to be excellent but now repeated issues. Used to call a week ahead for refill but not only was I removed inadvertently from that list, when reinstated, still not being contacted. Deliveries are late beyond the 4 hour window, or do not arrive at all, and worst part is, no one bothers to let you know they will be an hour late or that they will be a no show that day. When you phone the call center, you can leave a message or wait on a 'brief ' hold (after the initial hold to even speak to a live individual) but I don't call 10-15 minutes brief and they do not return your calls.
