The office people just set there. They see people waiting. But still it takes a very long time b4 they call your number. You wait about 30mins to 1 hr for them to call your number. And when u go in front of the person. It's like 5 or 10 mins and your out the door...UGH!!!! But I have to give them 5 stars. Even though I don't get enough to feed my family the whole month,
Clean and average waiting area. Be prepared to stay here all day for CalFresh. I overheard a worker say they are "starting early" to accept CalFresh applicants. Apparently they wait till 3pm to begin processing CalFresh Applications. I've been here for two hours and they only have one man working with CalFresh. If you ever wonder why the wait is so long there is the answer.
They are rude no smile no good answer I asked the girl in the reception about my ebt she look at me with her eyes and didn't answer dont come her and i wish the reception girl come to work I swear i will kick her out

I had a 15 min. appointment at 2 so they can help me fill out papers and submit a form... I waited there for almost 2 hours and told me that they had to reschedule me for the next day. Same reason for appointment today is the same reason for yesterday .....
Fast service and helpful. People that put a bad review of this office has clearly never been to one in LA county. This place is paradise compared to a LA county building.
