Usually I'm quite happy when I come in here and I always end up buying something.... but after walking around in here for about 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged and when I walked in one person was looking a diamond under the microscope and the gentleman that was working was intermittently helping another couple .... I'm annoyed and very disappointed that not one person greeted or even cared that I was walking around
After going to several other jewelry stores and NOT finding what I was looking for, I wandered into this shop. I described what I wanted and the lovely Melissa showed me just what I was looking for. In and out in 10 min - sweet! Next time I'll just come straight here.
I was asked to wait for a few minutes. There were only two sales people on a Friday night & it wasn't crowded. A voice came over the intercom warning that there are cameras. Was I being accused of casing the joint for walking around looking at jewelry? I was then ignored for a long while so I left.
