For the most part they're caring staff especially in my situation
We took my sister to urgent care on a Saturday night with no other option. Very unprofessional place they're nice people but nothing what you'd expect from a hospital. The nurses/receptionist gather in a group to talk and joke around. The place looks dirty. The nurse kept touching everything (even the phone) with his gloves still on. The little room where they take people to ask them what's going on with them has no privacy, I could hear what they where saying while I was in the waiting room. I'm glad I wasn't the patient.
My father has been at Kindred Rancho since Feb. 2017. He has received excellent care in all three units: ICU, 100's and 200's. On the whole, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and care about my father. There are a few exceptions - RT's that are a bit rough or lazy, a particular group of nurses that always gather in a group and talk. But everyone, from the social worker, nurses, Drs., management - they know my father personally, know his case and do their best to take care of them. They have been responsive to my concerns, contact me for any issues with my Dad, and even the Drs. call to discuss his treatment and plan. My family has been very happy and grateful for the wonderful treatment our father gets.
Called the hospital to check if a family member of mine was admitted. The lady who answered the phone literally told me "I don't know why you called here" and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. Definitely not what I would expect from a hospital. Terrible, unhelpful, and completely RUDE!
My dad was a patient from April 21- 28, a total of 7 days of superb service from this health care facility! Nurses were very attentive. The care was excellent and very professional. Patient care was their priority and made my dad's stay comfortable. Wait time was top notch, no delay of service. Response was as I always wished it would be. Awesome! Staff was great. And to all the disciplines that were involved in the care of my day, a big "THANK YOU!" Could not get any better care anywhere.
