James in the Rancho Cucamonga store has been so very helpful with my furniture shopping experience. From the minute I called with questions to when I walked through the door he was very attentive to my needs. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I got properly taken care of with checking out. The check out clerks were also very helpful, the furniture guys were very pleasant and helpful, and even the customer representative on the phone was very very helpful. I would definitely recommend Jeromes furniture to my friends and I will purchase from them again in the future.Thank you very much from a very happy customer :)
Personable staff , the best place for price , not the largest selection. Jerome's should always be your first place you visit and when you're done shopping you will be back. Jerome's also has one of the best financing programs and delivery
Gilbert was great. Didn't make us feel like he was just watching us for the sale. The manager on duty was super helpful and once we finally decided what we wanted we were in and out at the cashier desk. Unlike Mathis, which takes an hour to pay. Hopefully our delivery goes smoothly! Definitely will be shopping here again!
Just bought a beautiful leather sectional at a great price. The salesman Jordan was super helpful, not pushy at all. Answered all our questions, very knowledgeable on all merchandise. Best part is we will get are sectional delivered tomorrow. Thanks Jordan for such a great experience!
I had a GREAT experience from Diana or Diane. I can't remember now! She was so kind and helpful. She got me in and out so fast. She understood I was a busy mom and catered to my needs. Even helping assist with my son. I usually go to living spaces but will be back to jeromes now.
