My daughters LOVE Childrens Dentistry of I.E., The staff is Great, The place is so cute and very clean. We have tried several Dentists and Dental offices since we have moved back out to the I.E. but we hadnt found a Keeper...until now :) This place is def. a keeper!!!
Staff is ill equipped with office knowledge. I was told the regular procedures like cleaning, Fluoride and Bitewing are covered by insurance but 4 months later, I got billed with that. I don't even carry that insurance anymore but I was forced to make multiple phone calls and spend plenty of time to settle this unnecessary hassle. I even called and left a message but no one calls me back. Very bad experience as no one in the office communicate by calling if there is an issue and explaining you rather they use letters which can take months.

My kids had a bad experience at another dentistry and coming to this dentistry was amazing. They took care of my kids and they came out like champs. They are no longer scared of the dentist!!
My kids love coming to this dentist. I drive all the way from Moreno Valley just so my kids feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Both dr's are great with the kids. All the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I only had a problem with one of the ladies at the front desk. Her name is Anna she is very rude and makes sarcastic remarks. Totally uncalled for!!! Other than that this office is great.
