The young lady at the customer service desk was pleasant, professional and helpful. The cashier at the front of the store in the future please always ask after a purchase if you want a bag for your items. Overall the experience and store was pleasant to shop for Xmas gifts.
I always love walking through this store. I wish they price matched to other retailers though. It is nice now that they have a clearance section and sales are generally always going on.

My daughter likes to read A LOT, we are here at least twice a week. Every time we come everyone here is super helpful. I appreciate that LANCE, took the time to go over books with my daughter and even wrote a list of books he suggested she read.
