One of the best shops in the inland empire, the sales staff is helpful, the service department is too notch, they complete any service in a timely manner unlike cyclery USA who seem to get your back back to you whenever they feel like it
I bought a 2017 Giant Talon 2. Ive had several problems with defects. They have delt with them but I do feel a little decieved as they seemed to have knowledge about the defects and they did not inform me of the defects these models comes with. Andrew himself acknowledged that they were having a lot of problems with those models unfortunately he had told me about two weeks after I purchased the bike not when I was looking to buy so I feel decieved. Dont get me wrong they have great attitudes but honestly I won't be returning for business on my next purchase. No real apologies either, Ive gone a total of 3 times for various defects some which could have caused real injury. I guess I just had a bad experience here.

The bike I originally purchased here was stolen. They worked with me and arranged another Giant Cypress to there shop. They have kept it tuned up as well. Thank you guys for all your help.
Rude. Bought some bike parts then decided to browse the bikes. Husband was asked not to touch anything. We probably should have returned the part right then and there but we are here on vacation to ride. We've been riding these hills since before the counter boy was even born so he really needs to knock his attitude down about 12 notches. Will just drive out to Jenson next time.
